When you mix science and ice cream you get N2 Icecream Lab! They make your customized frozen treat right in front of your eyes in 60seconds using a blast of liquid nitrogen. Their ice cream is preservative, additive, and emulsifier-free. They travel around the Western Cape so keep a look out on their Facebook Page to see when they have a pop-up stall close to you.
