What makes craft beer so trendy? Is it the taste? The exclusivity? Or knowing that time, thought and effort has gone into its creation?
Unlike large-scale commercial breweries, a craft brewery, also known as a microbrewery, produces only a small, limited amount of beer and is independently owned. This means that a lot of time and attention is given to the quality and taste of each batch of beer and that every batch and brewery will have it’s own distinctive tastes and characteristics.
